Wow, what a fantastic experience. Everything from start to finish was made easy, enjoyable and an adventure. We met the team at the show in Birmingham where we left our details of what we were looking for, true to their word within 48 hours Casas Espania was sending us properties to view. They invited us over for a 4 day stay, all we paid for was the flights.

We stayed in a lovely hotel and they took us to various places to eat during the day and on an evening. Our adventure was about to begin, as soon as we were collected from the airport getting stuck right in, we were taken to surrounding areas to see where we might like to be. taking in the lovely views and atmosphere of the Costa Blanca starting our search for our dream place in the sun, viewing some properties to enable Helen out fantastic guide to really find out what we were looking for.

On day 2 we were off to meet the rest of the team, set up a bank account, meet the solicitor who would be working on our behalf when we were ready to proceed if we found anywhere we liked so that everything would be in place ready to go. Then we were off again viewing other places. I can´t express enough how great Helen was with our search, taking all our comments on board and finding properties that we wanted to see, and although we didn´t think we would find somewhere on our first visit WE DID Whoop Whoop!

So once we agreed a price and our offer was accepted because everything else was set up and in place, a week later the apartment was ours. But as many estate agents you´d think their job was done Ohh no, our next visit Helen was there to collect us from the airport to take us around to source furniture and all our bits and pieces for our little bit of paradise. How great was that?

This company and the team exceeded our expectations, made our experience an exciting, fun, lovely, easy way to purchase in Spain and we are happy to say they are our friends. We can´t wait to live the dream. Thank you so much for all your help and we will be seeing you soon x.
