Just a little feedback on our trip regarding you as our chaperone.

I must say that right from the very outset you made us feel at ease with your laid back style. There you were waiting right at arrivals so we didn’t have to go looking for you.

You had obviously studied our criteria before hand regarding what we were looking for and also the chat you had with Olwen prior to coming out. This made us feel that you had listened to what we were saying.

You took us to the hotel to freshen up and for Olwen to use her nebuliser and then on to a very nice lunch in the square. What a great start !

You have a great knowledge of the area and also we gathered over the days you have a great knowledge of what is needed when you buy a house. Absolutely essential when you are buying a house abroad. We felt confident that you were the person who could hold our hand along the way.

You quickly listened and determined what we liked and didn’t like and homed in on properties that made our decisions difficult. I must say we did feel a little embarrassed as we maybe kept changing our minds, but it didn’t bother you in the slightest!

In the end, we didn’t make an offer but we had set out to get to know the area and what type of property we could afford and you certainly covered those points off.

We have decided that we will at some stage buy a property in the area and, as you were more of a friend than a commercial representative, we would like to buy through yourself.

We had great fun, it was very constructive and we would both like to thank you so much for your time and effort for making it a great trip.
