We are a couple from Manchester, we called in to Casas Espania in September 2012, where we were greeted with a pleasant smile and friendly welcome, I asked about various properties for sale in the nearby area, information was given on these properties and we arranged a date to view them.

We were taken by car to view our selection the following week, found our dream home and fell in love with it.

Casas Espania advised fully us on the procedures and steps for purchasing our dream home and asked us when would be the earliest time we would like to complete and we told them that we wanted to collect the keys 4 weeks from paying the deposit.

Following that Casas Espania organised our money transfer through Currencies Direct, which I would recommend to do, their agent met us at Casas Espania’s office and took care of everything. They advised us when the exchange rate was at its best and transferred the money direct into our Spanish bank account. The whole transaction cost us nothing.

Casas Espania next organised an appointment with an independent, English speaking, solicitor called Sheila Garcia Para from G&G Solicitors, again she met us at their office, at our convenience, she was excellent and explained, in detail, all the legalities on owning a property in Spain and again took care of everything through to the completion at the notary.

Casas Espania helped us to arrange our NIE Certificates and set up our Spanish bank account, they also arranged, along with Sheila the solicitor, to set up the utility contracts into our names.

The money was transferred on the third week to our bank account and on the fourth week we purchased are dream home, as promised by Casas Espania.

Our experience of Casas Espania is one of total professionalism coupled with a friendly, nothing is too much trouble attitude and great after sales service, we can call in at any time for advice and they are always there to oblige.

Overall I would highly recommend Casas Espania to anyone wanting to buy a home in Spain, we are now good friends with everyone at Casas Espania.
