We initially visited the Casas Espania stand at A Place in the Sun exhibition at NEC Birmingham and then visited their website, making an enquiry into a property, which was the one we brought.

From being met at the airport by Angela on the first visit through to completion we were made welcome and well looked after by all of the team.

Angela took us around the area and showed us a number of properties. With Simon driving, this enabled her to give us her in depth knowledge of the area which helped us in deciding to purchase the property.

On the second visit Julie and Gareth were both helpful in taking us to the bank, meeting the solicitor, Sheila, whom we had dealt with by Email. Sheila who ensured that we completed everything on the day was very professional in her approach and highly recommended.

The whole process was much more stress free than buying a property in England.
