Everyone has heard about GDPR- we´ve updated our privacy policy, a brief summary is below. If you receive emails regarding newsletter, or weekly property updates, remember you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the emails.

Casas Espania and GDPR

Casas Espania collects data that identifies individuals for various purposes, and in various ways. Out full data protection policy can be found here:

Basically, anyone that contacts the company, either at an office, via an employee or via the telephone, via the internet/ social media, any of our websites or via a portal/ third party property agent.

IN NO CASES IS YOUR INFORMATION PASSED ON, SOLD OR DIVULDGED TO ANY THIRD PARTY WITHOUT YOUR EXPRESS PERMISSION.

When you contact us relating to property sales either as a buyer or seller, your details will be added to our database, including the mailing list we have. You can remove yourself from this list at any time via the email sent out.

We will only pass your details on to third parties if it is in relation to a property sale/ purchase (solicitors, Architects, surveyors, etc.), or legal authorities should we be requested.

If you hire a car from us, your details will be kept on file for legal purposes only. We will never contact you regarding any other matter, and we will only pass your details onto the Police, authorities, etc. if requested.

You can query ANY information we have relating to you at any time, by contacting media@casasespania.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you wish for us to forget your information, please send details to media@casaespania.com – please note that for legal purposes, anyone that has sold or purchased a house through Casas Espania 2012 S.L OR hired a vehicle from us, we will need to keep your details on file for legal reasons for upto 7 years. We will, however, remove you from marketing material, etc. and only keep any information that is absolutely necessary to comply with European law.
