2020 was a disastrous year for many people but for us Casas Espania made it our best year and fulfilled our dreams.

We met them three years ago at an exhibition in the UK and we made several trips to Spain and they couldn't do enough.

We dragged them around all of Costa Blanca, looking for our dream home. All the time they knew instantly where we be best suited, but they never pressurised our decision or choice. Then finally in March 2020 we found our dream home, just in time for LOCKDOWN!

They produced the piece of paper on which they wrote down the location we would buy, magic they were 100% precise!!!

We were unable to leave the UK until October, but through their wonderful customer service we secured the house, finalised the purchase and all the legal requirements.

We have only been here 14 weeks and through their guidance, planning and preparation we have secured the following, our NIE, Padron, Residency, Spanish Health Care and safe money transfers.

What a great company and the best thing is, they are now good friends to us and are always available to help us.
